I brought my truck in for a recall but I notified the staff in advance that I had a code that I wanted to try and resolve at the same time. I was a little disappointed that we were not able to do that at the same time but I am bringing my truck back this Thursday and dropping it off to try and get it fixed. I am very disappointed that I am not able to get my truck worked in at the Denton branch. I tried "5 or 6 times " to reach scheduling there but i was unable to do so and was told the one time that I did reach them that I would have to call back. The Easton branch was very responsive so I have to drive 25 miles from Greensboro to Easton to get my truck fixed instead of 8 miles to Denton.
